Peter Ronca

Chief Executive Officer

Peter C. Ronca is the President & CEO of DataSure24 and headed the transition from a 20+ year IT provider to a premier Managed Security Services Provider – MSSP. Peter has also served on the Board of Directors of InfoTech WNY and as past Board Chairman for many years and has also served on several community boards. Peter was President and Founder of The RACO Group of Companies from 1991-2004, which provided co-location services in Toronto, New York City, Chicago, and Buffalo, NY. Prior to his experience in IT and cybersecurity, Peter was Senior Vice President with one of the top 10 Savings Banks in the US.

Max is the Chief Operating Officer at DataSure24.
His key responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operational activities throughout the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. Max maintains relationships with current and potential clients, and cross-functional communication across all internal departments.
Max earned a business Masters degree from Daemen College, Amherst in 2018, and completed a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the ASQ in 2020.
Max is from Harrogate, England, and enjoys golfing and hiking in his free time.

Mark Musone is the Chief Technology Officer of DataSure24. Mark is responsible for the oversight of and direction of all technical teams at DataSure24. Mark has extensive security experience in performing oversight of CISO or equivalent security activities to the Federal Government. For over 18 years, Mark has performed independent IV&V for DOL, EBSA, and PBGC to ensure the compliance and best security and technical practices are met for NIST 800-53 requirements. In the past 18 years, Mark has conducted more than 35 on-site inspections of security to determine compliance with required security standards including NIST 800-53, TIA-942, DOL CSH, and related policies. 

He developed, prepared, and executed annual inspection plans, Security Self-Assessment and Continuous Monitoring Plans. As part of the on-site inspections, Mark reviewed hardware, software, physical environment, system documentation and deliverables, and system artifacts, at production, development, and disaster recovery locations. Mark has successfully worked with contractors and vendors to resolve findings, develop security best practices, and maintained up-to-date status of security compliance. In the community, Mark was on the original development team for the Web programming language, PHP. He is considered a pioneer in open-source calendaring applications (MCAL). He is also active in Linux groups and various software groups. He enjoys speaking at various colleges and conferences.

Chief Information Officer

Nathan is the Chief Information Officer at DataSure24. Nathan brings 15 years of IT and security-based experience to the operations of DataSure24. Nathan oversees the professional service and deployment departments, in addition to oversight of all projects and client-driven requests. Nathan provides technical leadership and expertise to staff and clients alike in support of furthering the strength of information systems. Nathan passed the CISSP exam in 2022.

Suzanne C. Furlani is a Partner at DataSure24, having previously served as COO. She is involved with general oversight of corporate administration within DataSure24. Prior to joining DataSure24/Shatter I.T., Suzanne was COO and an equity owner in The RACO Group of Companies, a telecommunications co-location company based in Western New York, until its acquisition by Switch and Data. She was also responsible for the development and assessment of business cases for corporate expansion and potential acquisition opportunities. Prior to RACO Group, Suzanne was Vice President and equity owner of Smartline Systems, a financial telemarketing firm. She formerly served as Vice President with a $10 billion savings bank. Suzanne is a former Chair of the Mental Health Advocates of WNY, now serving on their Foundation Board.
